At Pouchy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards for our products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of nicotine pouches and for health and safety reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened nicotine pouches
- Products with broken seals
- Items returned without prior approval
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
